Hi, I have booked a flight to Spain with Ryan air but the flight is not cancelled dispute the government saying we can not fly and I am unable to get any insurance due to COVID and the government’s advice. Can pay pal sort the refund with the travel agent? We booked through lastminute.com but they say the refund has to come from the airline.
