Someone transfered $1700 from my account to a CHIME account. I also see multiple transaction of monies sent an refunded. I did make any of thes transactions. I can get anyone (human) from Paypal to assist me. When I call and ask for a representative the line hangs up. Text messing is saying its not working. Is there a number I can call directly for assistance?
Paypal phones are mostly non operational since covid but sometimes you get lucky. If there is one available it will show when you click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available in your country. Live chat is randomly available. You can send them a message. Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter? You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
