I purchased a pair of boots from Yeesone also known as PP.VPCS and have found out since that they are rip off merchants, however initially I was naive. I ordered in September and by October 16th and several e-mails they hadn't arrived, I cancelled and complained to Paypal. Yeesone then sent the boots on October 23rd. saying I had cancelled too late!!!!! They duly arrived and weren't the boots I ordered. More like men's boots. I decided to return them was told it was expensive, took a long time and to give them away! Also offered $3 which later went up to $5, I had spent $40! I complained to Paypal who gave me the address. Meanwhile I had discovered that returning boots 'get lost,' in a warehouse or tracking stops once they reach China, meanwhile of course they keep their money. Then the fun began. I told Paypal why I wasn't returning them and sent a photo of my boots. They replied that they didn't open photos which begs the question why offer the facility? Since then I've been going round in circles with the amateurs in Customer Service, never the same one twice. I received identical letters from them on November 9th and December 4th just as though I had never replied and two identical again the other day, one in the morning, one in the evening, all by different people. I now have another awaiting reply all demanding track number etc. I've never met such borderline stupidity. They don't protect us the consumer, they protect the seller and know that even if the boots were returned Yeesone would never admit it. They would lose their money. It's not rocket science.
Initially yes I was naive but I've learned two good lessons, NEVER buy from a Chinese company again and NEVER trust Paypal. They really don't care!

You can't keep the item + get a refund.
The only way to get a refund is to return the item trackable back to the seller.
And you get help with return costs if you have activated the below link.

Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Thank you for your reply however I have been down that road. If Paypal did not put the onus on the customer by demanding proof of arrival, there wouldn't be a problem but they do, relying on the honesty of the seller who has proved to be dishonest. Why is not proof of postage and a tracking number acceptable? No, why make things easy for the customer Paypal is supposed to protect. Regarding payment of postage. I have two messages, one saying they do and one saying they don't. Am I dealing with idiots?
Yeesone/PP.VCPS has a dreadful reputation. Does this not count at all? All of this has been explained to Customer Service including a photo of the boots received and I might as well be talking to myself. For my latest reply sent yesterday I received yet another,'send the boots,' so now have one for each month of this debacle. I am very disillusioned with Paypal, that they consider their own customer dishonest and yet not the seller. Considering the number of complaints against Paypal I've come to the conclusion that I'm wasting my time.
