in the last 90 Days I havbe put over £5000 of Ebay sales through Paypal
2 weeks ago my visa card was defrauded and I called my bank to report it and we went through all of my Visa debit payments that I didnt recognise
there was one for Ebay which I didnt recognise - turned out to be my monthly ebay invoice and although on the email from ebay it said they would collect it via Direct Debit - they actually collected via Visa Debit
Anyway Paypal has now frozen my account and I still have money coming in £187 right now - which I cant access
I have changed my password and entered to code they sent me on a £1 Debit to my account - but when I try to upload a JPG of my driving license its not recognised - I have tried a 500KB jpeg and 5m Jpeg and nothing
I have tried messaging them- no response and I have tried phoning but get hung up by the Telephony system
Any suggestions?
