I've opened 3 cases so far for items purchased via paypal and items not being even close to what was described in the advertisement. On 2 cases they were closed with no response from seller. Paypal then "closes dispute not in your favor". I've provided pictures of ads versus item received. These were all three from China even though the largest purchase was advertised shipping from the USA. Is Paypal now a facilitator of fraud? If my 3rd case ($170) is not refunded, I will close my account and be done with Paypal for good. I've been a PP member in good standing for 20+ years. Paypal has declined over the years in customer service which makes no sense given the variety of competing online payment services in the last 12 months.
