I am trying to send information to PayPal in order to issue a refund. However, I looked at the resolution center cases and there isn't any. I tried looking it up and all I got was an error message. I just want to get my money back...It's been a month now.
I would like to know other ways to send information to PayPal regarding the case I'm disputing. I've looked for every source of help as possible, including the purpose of this message.
