I've filed for the same dispute multiple times and it always says "let's try that again, looks like something went wrong on our end"

Agreed, i dont get why customer service will not help us. this is going down hill. i've been waiting 2 weeks for my issue to be resolved and i NEVER get a reply. i feel you man.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
