Reporting an issue with a transaction

When I went to the resolution centre to open a dispute, I only had the option to report my payment as an unauthorised payment. I clicked that thinking that it would still help with my case and now I can't dispute that payment at all because my case had been closed and denied.

If you 'only' had the unauthorised option then can you confirm how you paid ie did you use friends/family OR goods/services?
