I closed my Brazilian PayPal account in order to create a new one in Japan, where I live currently using the same e-mail. The thing is that I didn’t notice that my Brazilian bank accounts were all expired (or closed, my PayPal was inactive for almost 10 years). So now that I’m already using the Japanese account, PayPal sent me a message that they can’t reach my Brazilian bank to pay me the remaining money. What should I do?
