I bought an item from someone using the paypal of *KUNTAIGUANG for $95.00. I have not received such item. And have waited the full requested wait asked for this shipment to have arrived.
File dispute on resolution center, item not received. Escalate to claim and PP has to go thru process (it's automated at first but that's what we have to deal with). PP will contact seller and what you do depends on what seller does next. If you need help then ask again here.
