Hi, Ive been waiting on a refund since I escalated it with PayPal on the 26th may, the item should have turned up 3 may. Ive noticed that as the expected date of completion nears the date changes to a date further away, this has happened  3 maybe 4 times. I took this up with PayPal on twitter who told me they will look into it but now I'm just getting ignored by PayPal on twitter any advice on where to turn to next I just want my money back.
