Normally once a dispute is opened you have 'up to' 20 days to escalate to a claim for paypal to get involved, if you don't then it will time out.
After you have escalated then paypal (if its not an international transaction) will give the seller 10 days to provide trackable proof of delivery and then they will review/refund within the next 48 hours...........there are sometimes exceptions where it is longer.
