Refund

I was in a trip in australia for a while and before I left I sent a claim for a refund due to the fact that the item that I had received was not what the seller said it was, but since I was in Australia I was unable to provide more information on my side of the case, and now the case is closed. Is there any way to reopen the case. Thank You

Sadly not as x1 dispute per transaction BUT if you funded your paypal payment via a credit card then you could try a chargeback?
