Hello, Recently I purchased an item from a seller on depop through PayPal. The item was listed as worn once with no further description or photos showing that the dress had missing sequins and loose threads. I don’t know if that is mandatory to state but every seller on depop usually mentions that in the description of the product in order to demonstrate to the buyer the condition of the product before purchase. The item is not how it was described and I have messaged the seller and politely asked for a refund and I was denied. How do I resolve this matter?
