i ordered an item from Etsy which arrived and looks nothing like the ones advertised. I’ve tried to email the seller. No reply. I have opened up a case wit you but I’m a little unsure of how to proceed next. I’ve had nothing still from the company - I assume they get the message I wrote regarding the issue? If they don’t get backs to me within the next few days how do I take things further as such? Many thanks
