I purchased an item on EBay and immediately paid by PayPal. I then received an email stating EBay canceled the sale. tried to stop payment to no avail. PayPal paid the seller. I emailed the seller twice asking for a refund, but no response. So I try to open a case with PayPal, so they refer me to my Purchases on EBay, but EBay has removed the listing, so there is no link to click on. Now I am in limbo. What do I try next? I think I need to speak to a human!
