Hi all,
I am seriously at my wits end with this seller. I placed an order via their website which was summarily ignored. Fine. I opened a dispute in Paypal after trying to e-mail the seller to no avail. This then did kick the seller into action and he did issue a refund so my dispute was closed. Until a day later when he cancelled the refund. Now I can't reopen the case (number PP-D-62557457) and good luck trying to get any further help out of Paypal - their messaging service is an automated bot which kicked me out after not understanding my question and that seems to be it as far as being able to get in touch with them goes. Does anyone have any advice here?
