Hi l was RECIEVED a payment from <removed> A SUME OF £69.94....and then he diecided to returned it back ....
and I found my account were in ( £-66.94 ) .....ok
on the 25 Nov RECIEVED a payment of £126.00 from <removed> .....
and I only received ( £54.58 ) transfaired to my bank account ....
i understood that a complet refund were paid to <removed> ....
BUT I HAVE RECIEVED A MESSAGE FROM EBAY ASKING ME TO REFUND FIR THIS ITEM ...OTHER WISE , THE CUSTOMER WILL ASK US TO STEP IN ....
IAM REALLY WORRIED INCASE I GET A NEGATIVE FEEDBACK AS WELL WHICH IS UNECCESSARY ... .?
so can you please let me know if you have refunded for this item ( £66.94) to the customer ..?as money has been deducted from my account .. ?
