Refund resended

hello. I recently won a dispute against a company through PayPal, but when they sent the refund back to my bank card, that card was closed. so the refund was sent back to the company. I have sent them an email to resend my refund back to my PayPal card. ut so far, I haven't heard from the company. So I was wondering if PayPal would help me by getting back in touch with them since they will respond to PayPal. Or can I open another dispute?
