Item never received. This is fake company that received my PayPal payment. Also calling themselves Maregal in the ad and a Flipped NETWORK TECHNOLOGY CO. LIMITED. HIRONIA NETWORK TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED. Come on PAYPAL, you know these guys are scammers as much as I do. PayPal’s product and only value is trust in your little escrow process. If we no longer trust it you will lose our business. Refund my money.
Definite SCAM. Ordered 2 pairs of Salomon Sneakers from maregel.com via Facebook ad for 50% off. The same ad was posted for cootcat.com and maregel.com. Purchase confirmation via e-mail looked suspicious, and customer service via email is very vague in their replies. The billing was processed through paypal.com *HIRONIA. Shipment never arrived; USPS tracking indicated the delivery of "Small Packets", direct from China.
Thanks for your post. I have also fallen victim to the scam in question ($405.86). What makes this situation even more egregious is PayPal's deflection.
I have furnished PayPal with ample evidence to support my dispute, however, PayPal refuses to conduct a thorough review.
As such,I have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission(FTC), in hopes of redress. Question, has there been any new developments in your case regarding a refund?
I ordered also salomon shoes 6 months ago. Filled a claim on PayPal. PayPal rejected the claim because Maregel reported that the shoes are delivered to me. I don't have a conformation of delivery, nor from the company, the shippingcompany orPayPal. PayPal never asked me or showed me this kind of documents because the don't exist!! PayPal claims to protect the buyers, yeah right! Refund my money PayPal!!!
