I was offered a refund by a seller which I accepted. No money entered either my bank account or my paypal account and I never received the item so now i have no money and no product. Looking at my activity it doesnt come up but if i look in transactions one comes up saying 'refund offered' and 'status refused'. I never refused the refund and the seller hasnt replied to give me any help. The paypal dispute is closed. Is there any reason that this has happened and is there anything i can do to get my money back?
