I sold a car part which was destroyed by Australian customs due to asbestos content. I had no idea but agreed to refund the buyer and worked out a monthly amount to repay. Meanwhile, he started a PP dispute to claim his fees back - understandably. The problem is that PP have no refunded him in full and my account is now -£900 which I simply do not have.
How can I repay this sum in instalments or is this not possible?
