Refund has been on "Temporary Hold" since July 28th.

Hi,

I didn't receive an order that I placed from a foreign company. The company has refunded me, and provided me with proof of this.

The estimated resolution date for the case that I have open with Paypal keeps being extended. If I check back tomorrow, it is pushed back by 1 day, and this continues everyday.

Here is the case that I've opened.

Paypal seems to have held my money for over 30 days, and with no recourse. I need this money, and I believe that the negligence on behalf of Paypal is unacceptable and needs to be escalated to the Better Business Beaureau if my money is not returned immediately, and with some extra kind of concession.
