I contacted a seller today after receiving an item not in good condition and not as described. Seller has agreed to refund but has requested the item be returned first. Am I supposed to return item and wait for a refund or request refund first then post it back? I'm concerned I'll post it and seller will not refund as agreed. Thanks.
