I was denied because "your billing dispute doesnt match our qualification for a billing dispute"
can someone explain what does this mean? I bought this flight and it was CANCELLED by the airline due to the coronavirus outbreak, I shouldn't even have to fight this. I am entitled to a full refund since a mayor force cause. why was it denied? what should I do? how do I appeal? I sent proof of the flight cancellation.

Hi @RaysaS, the dispute reason code might be the reason. You need to choose as Item Not Received with the proof you said for the flight cancellation. Change the reason code from billing dispute to item not received. Thank you.
