Refund cancelled

I got a fake shoe from eBay and was trying to get a refund. I used PayPal to file a claim and they asked me to send back the shoes. I send it back last Monday with DPD and had added a tracking number to the website. But today morning I got an email stating that I didn't have enough proof to prove I send back the shoes. And I found out that I have a typo on my tracking number. Can anyone help? Apparently the customer service isn't working right now.
