Dear all,
Please be informed I made an online purchase on April 9th with, due to some problems with the seller, he issued a full refund in Paypal as well, now when checking my debit card statement, I realize the charge is not refunded yet, instead, it shows as if its being charged again from my account.
Is this just a pre-authorization and then the pending balance will cancel itself, to then have the original 72.10 USD back into my account?
Do you recommed me to contact my bank for further information?
