How are you guys getting information from UPS? When I call there customer service number it gives me the run around and they won't let me talk with a live person. And when I went into my local UPS store all they can see is the city (no name, no street address) it was supposedly delivered to. PayPal keeps insisting that I get them the address where the package was delivered to re open my claim but UPS tells me to reach out to the seller who we all know won't respond. This has been so frustrating.
