Paypal limited my account and never reply me Why! This is a not professional. Never explain me why my account was limited.... this is so disturbing! Poor feedback! Paypal is full scam!!!!
If its a permanent limitation then they don't have to give a reason, if you violated their policies in some way then they have decided they no longer want your business unfortunately.
