I just want to make sure it's not a big deal I'm not liking the first time I had to go through alot just to get my social security check due to someone picking up on my information like my ID my bank card my social security card my bank card it's been hell for the past 2 years and to go through all of that with y'all at PayPal when is this going to end how many times I have to report that Im  with identity theft protection b-l how many times could we just get this together and make this right and move forward

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
