Randomly can't use paypal anymore, please help

About 2 years ago, after recieving my first payment from a customer of mine, my paypal account received a notification stating that I needed to provide documents to prove that my account was legit. I sent them photos of my ID and passport like they asked me to, but later that week, my account was suspended and my ability to use paypal revoked. I tried using multiple email accounts to contact paypal to solve the issue and tried making new accounts as well. Nothing worked. All the messages say that I violated paypal's terms and agreements policies, but I literally received money and that was it. I stopped using paypal because of this issue, but more and more sites online are making it easier to use paypal, so I want to try and get this issue solved for good, so that I can use paypal for my commission work. Any help or advice is greatly appreciated.

If you had a permanent ban then the ban applies to you and not just your banned account so its against paypal rules to try and open new accounts.
