Random new account

Hi everyone! I just got an email that someone has opened a new paypal account using my email and they also added a card to the account as well. The last 4 of the card doesnt match mine and the account is also not my account. I've changed my password for paypal and my email but I'm still concerned about if someone used my email to open another account. Is there anything I can do or do I need to just wait and contact support during business hours? Thanks!

You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
