I don't know if anyone can help here but here goes. I just bought an item which cost £19.99 plus £4.99 delivery charge. The item was sent sans invoice so I used Qscanner to see if I'd been sent the right thing. Really wish I hadn't done it because I feel that I've been royally ripped off and don't know what to do about it. The Qscanner took me to an Amazon page where the exact same item was being sold at a FRACTION of the price I paid and NO delivery charge. Is there anything I can do? Apologies if this can't be dealt with here. I'm not exactly desperate but I am raging (more at myself than anything) ! Regards
