April 14 I asked for a check of my balance. I have never received the check so I asked for them to cancel it and deposit the money back in my account. This has taken FOREVER; the money is owed to someone which is why this is even more frustrating. I originally wanted the check to cash it so the money didnt get used in my personal checking account. On the chat, they keep telling me they're "looking into it". This is ridiculous. Where is MY money?
