I am stunned. I have been using PayPal for most of my online purchases for a few years now. Back in June I ordered a couple of Garden Loungers for a bargain price of USD30.48. They never arrived so I put in a claim for a refund which has been refused as apparently the supplier gave PayPal a tracking number. I swear the darn things never arrived so I'm left out of pocket. Is there anything I can do once PayPal have basically decided I'm lying??
