EBAY GAVE ME A TRANSACTION ID 7YA004534R940073D AND CREATED FOR ME A GUEST PAYPAL ACCOUNT. I WANT TO CLAIM THE MONEY BACK BECAUSE THE PRODUCT HAD NOT QUALITY THAT I WANTED. DO YOU KNOW HOW TO CLAIM MY MONEY BACK.
If you need to open a dispute for a 'guest buyer' transaction then you can....... 1. Phone Paypal customer services and see if they will open one for you OR 2. Contact your card issuer for a chargeback.
