RE: Product delivered to wrong State

Hello, The company I made a purchase through sent me a receipt stating that it would send it to my address in St Paul, Minnesota. The package was delivered 15 days ago to Memphis, Tennessee instead. I have tried to resolve this through the resolution center and they have extended my claim three times now. The last one was supposed to be resolved by August 1st. Now it's been extended until August 16th. If you look up the tracking number it clearly states the package has been delivered to Memphis, Tennessee, over two weeks ago to an unknown address. Why have I not received my refund yet? I did not receive this package, or any package for that matter. This company has stolen $97 from me. When I try to call to speak with an Agent, they say my call can not be complete at this time and continue to hang up. Please help.. Thank you.
