Question on fake apple product received

Hi all,

I ordered online some Apple Airpod Pro. The website was showing products that were genuine.

Yet I received some Airpod not branded.

I was too lazy to log to my Paypal account when I did the purchase through paypal...so i just logged as a guess and purchased them.

How do i do now to start a dispute?

I am very sorry that you happened to receive a counterfeit Apple Airpod Pro but please be advised that a Guest check out does not really come with PayPal purchase protection.

2 options available:

1. Contact your bank / card issuer for them to discuss any possible resolution.
2. Contact Customer Service to check if they can do something about it by clicking Contact near bottom of the PayPal pages to see options available to get ahold of a representative.
