Qtix cancelled performance due to COVID-19.

Hi, 

Im stuck - cannot get a person from paypal to communicate with.

 

Qpac cancelled performance due to COVID-19, tickets purchased through Qtix.

 

I had 2 lots of tickets purchased 1 after the other - same day. Paypal has not refunded 1 of the tickets.

 

I opened a dispute but because it is over 180 they just closed the dispute without anyone looking at it - I cannot see where to kick the dispute up to have someone look at it. very unusual circumstances. 1st refund received 29 March 2020 - been more than 2 weeks - I should have received the refund for the other ticket by now. 

 

Qtix says that I have to wait for paypal to issue the refund.

Hi @funway11001 thank you for reaching out to PayPal Community Forum. I am glad that you were able to receive a refund for the 1st one. Can you tell me the transaction date please? If the case has been closed then you can't reopen it. If you have two seperate transactions but were made on the same day,why the other one is over 180 days? Can you please check the 2nd transaction on the recent activity or transaction list on your PayPal Account. If it doesn't show "Refunded" status then the seller or company didn't issue a refund for the other one. If they did it on the same day,you should have received them at the same time.
