Hello.i recently purchased a item of facebook for £15 and paid through paypal,this was 3 weeks ago and i have still not received it,i have messaged the person 4 times and he has now blocked me,what can i do?thank you

How did you pay, ie which paypal option OR did they send you an invoice?
