Hi, i paid for an object with paypal, and i kept emailing the vendor asking him about my object, yet with no response, i also asked for a refund and nothing, when i checked around i found out that theyre scammers, either they dont sent the object or its very low quality, i filed for a dispute but it wasnt in my favor for some reason, and i cant get help from paypal aswell what can i do? thank you
