Problem in providing Authority Letter

Hi! 

I am the president of ngo. 

How can I provide authority Letter? 

1. By Providing The  memorandum of association in that a list of members of the organisation that issued by the registrar of the societies.

2. Authorisation letter issued by myself for myself because I am the president of society.

3. Authorisation letter issued by the manager of the society that is below mine in designation.

Please help me as the earlier as possible.
