PayPal has held my money from me for over a year they said a hundred and eighty days they would release it I like a hundred and seventy days they said they reviewed by case and just then put the hold on my money so I had to wait a whole nother 180 days and then I called them and asked them where my money is at and they say they can't help me because it's controlled by somebody that can't be called
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
