A buyer recently purchased a pair or trainers from me, collected them in person to then contact paypal and ask for a refund because they did not recieve the item! They lied about what they purchased, claimed i was supposed to send them an iphone. I sent every screen shot of messages between myself and the buyer as proof yet paypal still refunded this scammer! How can i get my money back? I need to esculate this further as they now have £200 of my money as well as the trainers. It's so wrong how paypal has done this with all the evidence i have provided.
The ONLY evidence paypal will accept and the only way to prove the buyer received the item is if the seller provides a tracking number that shows delivery of the item to the buyer.
You have 0 seller protection if you allow the buyer to collect the item.
