Guys, I sent PayPal proof of address docs for verification but PayPal insists the document does not have my full name. Meanwhile In South Africa here the only eligible proof of address docs I can get are bank and credit card statement which has Initial of my first name. Now my account has been limited and even though I've provided the national ID which has been accepted and verified I still Cant use PayPal.
Even worse, I can seem to contact them using their via mail option in my account. And calling them is out of question due to international call rate charges here. What do you suggest
