Dear PayPal Community,
I've purchased an item from eBay(eBay Germany) , Item #392902550302 or Transaction ID: 7F065598ET937780L , on August 11. The seller provided someone else's tracking number,1ZR817070349323311, and claimed he had shipped the item and delivered on the 14th .
I've reported this incident to PayPal on august 14 that I've not received the item and opened a dispute; however, almost 6 weeks later my case was denied for a second time.
Just because the seller/scammer managed to provide someone else's tracking # with the same city and zip code!
Attached UPS delivery notification is not either on my name or my address. Also, according to the tracking information, this label was created on August 10- a day before i purchased the item!
