Paypal has closed Case but issue not resolved

Paypal has closed Case ID PP-I-11773812 but the issue I raised has not been not resolved.
There appears to be no way for me to contact Paypal directly about this.
The problem is twofold:
1. When I want to provide feedback on a Paypal transaction, I have to choose between a very limited number of categories to describe my feedback.
2. Paypal's response to my feedback focussed only on the category I had chosen. They did not address my detailed comments.
My question: How can I get Paypal to address my concerns?
I have widespread chronic pain caused by computer overuse. I have already sat at my computer for hours, trying to find a way to contact Paypal directly about this issue. It is an issue of security - essentially Paypal does not log me out when they close a transaction.
Because of my widespread chronic pain, I am not able to sit at my computer, explaining my concerns in detail again. I should only have to do that once.
When I provide feedback, I expect that a real person will read what I wrote and address my concerns. Paypal has not read what I wrote and they have not addressed my concerns.
That should not be too much to expect.
If I do not receive a satisfactory reply from Paypal, I will close my Paypal account and tell my friends to do the same.
