i dont care i dont give a **bleep** just give a phone number to call Costumer Support to reopen my Account. i Signed up just so i can add money and send money and buy things online. but first couple transaction when my money is in my account within 2-3hrs Paypal wants to close my account permantley ! for god damn no reason, and now theyre not answering my Message and Not giving me someto talk to about it bc i need my Funds Urgent, we all work hard for our money to pay our bills and etc. if i dont get no body to help me get this situated today i will file a lawsuit against Paypal and call my lawyer to get it done.
You don't need to 'add funds' to your paypal balance to use paypal to pay for things, as long as you have a linked and confirmed card paypal will automatically take directly from there.
However as you have and do want to 'add funds' the as you have opened a BUSINESS account you have to provided added requirements to verify a business account.
Why did you not just open a personal account?

i did open a normal paypal at first and i had the funding sent there from Facebook messenger from a friend who bought my laptop. after everything else i didnt expect them to permantley limit my account after i talked with a assistant on chat cause i got pt on account limit telling to send my ID for verification and i did and she said everything is good and all i had to do was wait 72 hrs
