My account was suspended over 255 days ago and at the time I was advised that the funds would be released via a link after 180 days. I have emailed paypal over 12 times with no response and have called them everyday for the past week. First time they said I would receive an email - Ok so I received an email to verify my address but upon logging in I was unable to upload documents because it says "you can no longer use paypal" when I click on verify identity. So I called again and they said they would send me another email to upload documents - next day got same email again and still could not upload documents so I called AGAIN and they told me to go to an upload documents page manually and send in my documents there - I did that while on the phone with the agent - document finally submitted then I got an email the next day that "After reviewing your account we have decided to close your account" - At this point my anger is high as I have not asked to appeal my account closure - I JUST WANT TO WITHDRAW MY $3700 YOU HAVE HAD ON HOLD FOR 255 DAYS - So i called again and the agent says they will follow up and let me know how to withdraw funds within 24-72 hours. That was yesterday Still heard nothing. This is beyond a joke - how can they hold my money like that and keep stuffing up? I have provided ALL DOCUMENTS they asked for and my funds still sitting there collecting interest for them. I WANT MY MONEY
