Here's on for all you folks out there selling on line with PAYPAL.
I sold a drone for 1500.00.
2 months later the guy says he flew it twice and it was not new. Well, it was new, not anymore, of course.
He filed a claim with Ebay. They kicked him out of good standing with them and removed his feedback.
He filed with PAYPAL. I don't know yet what they have done, but run me in circles. Hear me out....
He filed an unauthorized charge with his bank.
Now, keep in mind he had this Inspire 2 Drone for 2 months.
Now, PAYPAL says they can't do anything and want me to pay for this drone that he still has. They have no control over the situation.
I have no way to even find out what bank this dirt bag uses.
Anyone have any suggestions. PAYPAL sure doesn't! Just keeps calling me to collect on the money that this guy paid me for the drone he has.

Sadly of course paypal can't offer you 100% seller protection, you have to take the ups and the downs with online selling just as you do if you sell from a bricks and mortar store.
If he filed an unauthorised dispute OR chargeback then you 'may' be covered by seller protection but not always.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
